Wear comfortable clothing and drink plenty of water before and after. Avoid heavy meals 1 hour prior.
How many sessions are needed for results?
Most clients feel immediate relief after 1 session. For body contouring or chronic issues, a series of 3–6 sessions is recommended.
Is lymphatic drainage safe during pregnancy?
Yes! Our Pre & Post-Natal Massage includes modified lymphatic techniques that are safe and beneficial.
Can I combine treatments?
